You know, we all have these thoughts, but if we let them overtake us them we are to blame. If you think all day about dying then are you really thinking about living? Think of going away for the weekend, think of being alone with him, think of taking a vacations with him, or a getaway or a planned trip. Its so much nicer to think of all the positives we have in life, then there is no negative. Take the now, and really enjoy what you have because tomorrow, it may be gone, so just live every day to its fullest and go tobed happy that you could have this happy thought. You will live longer and die happier. Love Heather

Well, it's certainly one thing that you can't control or know what comes after. For some people at certain times in their lives, that not being able to know what comes after, or inability to control, can be like a mental itch that demands scratching.

Perhaps you are in the middle of some subconscious sorting out of stuff that will guide your perspective in years to come? Perhaps there are things happening in your life that you liken to "dying a small death each day". Hard to say, but I've been through something similar on occasion - take a look around you and see if there's something happening in your life right now that you need to address immediately.

Luck :)

It could be anxiety, which can make you worry about one thing or a million things. Obsessive scary thougts is a common simptom fo anxiety. It can be intense worry, not just regular worry. You have to realize this thinking is irrational even though it doesn't seem like it. Even though death is real it doesn't mean it's creeping around every corner. What if you'll be alright? What if you don't die, but live a full life? A mind of fear is a tricky thing that can be very persuasive. Try reading "Natural Cures They Don't Want you to Know About". There's also a second one. They are very good books. They deal with alot of issues associated with health, stress, anxiety, phobias and alot of other things. It also lives up to it's title. It's a fairly thick book but it's really worth reading believe me. Whatever you choose try your best to use your energy for positive thinking in the meanwhile. Do things to help relax yourself. Whenever those thoughts creep in tell yourself something to counteract them like "stop" or "I'll be alright" or whatever you choose. And remember this is a very solvable problem and not fait accompli, the power lies in the things that you can change.

You r probably a very negative person, ie. u r always thinking the worst in any given situation. i may b wrong. The next time u hv that thot again, try asking the reverse; what if i continue to live, say the next 30 yrs? wat am i going to do with my life? am i going to make a difference with my life? etc etc. Most importantly, if u think death is unavoidable n is going to happen soon for u somehow, then ur concern shld be 'where am i going after i die'. If it is true that our soul will carry on living 'somewhere', u better find out diligently n intelligently the possible places it cld end up in. If hell really exist, u wanna avoid it at all cost ya..

You are just coming to grips with your mortality. Most people go through this at an old age, but you are actually lucky to be going through this now. After you work through these thoughts you will be able to live your life to its fullest and experience a non-materialistic lifestyle, that before would have been inconceivable.

We all do, it's part of the human condition. Who wants to die? And no one escapes it. It's a giant thought.

Try to relax, I'm much closer to it than you are age wise. Enjoy moments. Death is a release from responsibility, it's far more freeing than you are imagining. Take care of others, you will stop worrying about yourself.

You are depressed, I'm not blaming you, the world we are living in, life is pretty crappy, no wonder you think maybe in death there is something better waiting for you..hang on, life is worth living, we are all here for a reason, to learn and experience for God. I recommend you try meditation and seek a therapist. Good luck hon!

How were your raised? Do you come from a religious home that preached allot, and told you the consequences of sinning, and going to hell.

Do you have a friend, or close relative that passed away recently?

Are you depressed, and have allot of anxiety in your life, and find it impossible to cope with.

Do you feel trapped?

Can you discuss this with your fiance? Maybe he can help you.

But one thing is for sure, you must find someone to discuss this with eyeball to eyeball. Someone you trust, and have respect and confidence in their understanding, and judgement.

Hope I helped you.

You're paranoid. Maybe you should get a day off and relax, ok? I really advice you to do this. Girl, I have seen the face of death two times. One while The tv was turned off. The other was when I closed my eyes. I mean, just the skeletal face. But it's a symbol of death, you know. And I haven't freaked out or anything. So, calm down ok? Just live your life to its fullest. Enjoy it! Laters.

That could be one of the signs of depression but without knowing more it is hard to tell. However, if you are not yet depressed you will soon be, thinking like that! I suggest you seek therapy and challenge your thought processes. Good luck
