. I agree, to enhance what nature gave you is one thing to, to go to extremes like that is another, as to why they do it,I have no idea. Maybe they feel they have less choices than others so go overboard in other ways. Most of us pale and uninteresting folk always want what others have, dark skin ect. We always seem to want what we have not got.

nicely, that isn't a clever question. it is like me a black lady asking....."Why do White human beings tan and use hairspray too make their hair enormous?" in the beginning do you already know that maximum Black human beings fantastically in u.s. have ecu and local American ancestry? I easily have Reddish Brown hair, lots of the human beings in my family contributors have eco-friendly, gray, Blue, and Brown eyes......And with regard to the blonde hair ingredient do no longer you already know that organic blonde hair is between an anomaly in the White community, fantastically platinum except this is dyed. So get some awareness approximately Black human beings till now you ask a question like this.

The same reason that people in other cultures with dark hair and eyes dye their hair blond and have colored contacts, they want to look different than their peers. When everybody has the same color hair and eyes and complexion, there are always those who want to be different and stand out.

for me it depends upon the girl. Like I might see a girl with black hair as well as think she is totally hot yet see a girl with blond tresses that is meh and vice versa.

same reason anyone else dyes their hair, gets a fake tan, sometimes very dark tan and wear coloured contact lessons, they want to try a different look. Their body, their choice.

They do it for the same reason as some white brunettes going blonde - because it makes them feel better about themselves.

Not sure, Tyra Banks might know. She does that. If you watch her talk show, there was one recently a week or two ago. She had pin straight hair, her skin looked like it was bleached or she had an excessive amount of powder on, her lips were pale, her hair was a very light ashy ash color it wasn't even blonde or brown, and of course she was sporting the colored contacts.
And what's more annoying...she acts all proud that she was the first African American woman to make it on a swimsuit issue and is very proud of her race. But why in God's name is she taking all of that away when she get's dressed in the morning? If she's so proud of her race, then she shouldn't be wearing the contacts and dyeing her hair a shade lighter every single day! I remember when she first came out she looked so pretty and had much darker skin. Now she looks used and sickly from trying to lighten herself too much!
I have light brown hair and somewhat pale skin and dye my hair black, but I don't do it because I want to pretend I'm a darker race, contrary to what a lot of people are saying so far. I do it because...well... I LIKE IT. But what I don't do is tan, I go to the beach a few times a year and I live 1 block from it, so it's not like it's a travel issue. I'm not like those girls out there who go to a tanning salon every 5 minutes to keep my orange flesh up to par, because I know it looks stupid. The black hair, fortunately I can pull off, unlike some of the other fair-skinned, light blue-eyed people.

some people like to experiment with their looks. u get white people risking skin cancer in their efforts to get a tan, and u also see people with naturally blond hair who choose to have it put in corn rows or dreadlocks..... the majority of people may not think that it suits them any more than the things that u mentioned above ^, but it's their hair / body, and therefore it's their choice to look like that if they want to.

That question sounds quite racist ya know!!
Why do some brunettes dye their hair blond when you can blatantly see by their eyebrows the mis-match.
Who cares!!
