Do they have to invent special positions or have a harness and pully attached to the ceiling to suport them?

No, they do not. Actually, Full-figured people make the best lovers. I take it, you have never had the pleasure, and I did say the PLEASURE of having one make love to you. Once you do, Oh my God, you will never want it any other way. You, my friend, don't know what you are missing, and Yes, YOU are missing out on real love-making. Do yourself a favor, and try it once, but I must warn you, like, Lay's Potato Chips, you can't just have it once.
