I am Work as IT Admin. and i want to monitior the network printers in my company like know how many print orders and how many pages and something like that

There are several ways to do that, it all depends on what printer vendor (brand) your company uses. If you use multiple vendors, it's still possible, just harder.

If you have a single vendor, talk to their rep. (s)he can get you the software, of course for a modest fee, to do it.

Of course, I would also ask your employer if they have any training programs that you could get yourself into. From your question, I would guess you have very little formal IT training, and where On-the-Job training is good, but it won't help you much if you should decide to look for another job in IT. See if your employer will help pay for training to get your certifications.

How did you get to be an IT Admin if you have to ask questions like that? Get a "How To Book" and read the instructions. Or ask your local Geek-Boy on staff to do it for you.

Load tightvnc on your print server at work and on your home PC. You can login to the work computer as if you were there. Unless I misunderstood the questions...
