Last year he hit 19 Homers and 17 Triples. He is still deveolping and has not yet hit his prime. Triples are hard to accomplish so your projection of 25 homers and 20 triples is close to what it will be. The excitement will be to see him exceed those numbers and getting the Met's record for SB's as well which is 66 (1999 by Roger Cedeno).

2003 4 3B - 5 HR
2004 2 3B - 2 HR
2005 17 3B - 7 HR
2006 17 3B - 19 HR

I would also say 15 triples and 20 home runs.

He will probably hit more home runs than triples. He's still young and his power will probably continue to improve, but it's hard to hit more than 20 or so triples in a year no matter who you are.

He will hit more home runs because triples are harder to get. It could be close, though. I'll say 24 HRs and 17 triples.

He is laying off the triples this year - it takes away 1 stolen base every time he has to run to third on a hit....Stop at 2B, steal 3B.
