I have a final project due wednesday for my stress management class but I don't know where to begin. the questions are what can I do to achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance. I have to draw each thing out on a personal mandala but I don't have any ideas . I just need an idea for each of the four things

Draw a pie chart. start filling out how much of time, effort, and thought process you invest on each of these categories. Remember the balance doesn't have to be 25% each. What ever you think works for you and how you should assign percentage to each area is really up to you. For me, I tend to stress on mental, emotional, and spiritual. That's why I'm a bit overweight but not to a point that it limits my abilities. But the bottom line is I'm happy. Hope this help.
