Either Hillary Clinton in a display of confidence that she is utterly unelectable, or Zell Miller, a registered Democrat who refuses to switch, but is conservative and voted Republican reliably during his entire term in office.

Or they'd convince Jeb Bush to register Democrat so they could nominate him, in a display of pure schaudenfreude.

I'd pick Al Gore. I love that guy, he makes me laugh. He's a fatty, and he speaks like he's so important. Anyone who takes themselves so serious would be an easy target.
