Depends on whats your definition of affordable.
I would say for $15 per person, Irvins - its that peranakan rest off bukit timah, ambience is not super nice but food is nice
for $ 30 per person, shin kushiya, its in vivocity, with a nice view
for $ 50 per person, oosh, its at tanglin village, al fresco with live jazz
or whitebate and kale at camden medical centre
for $ 80 per person, Lawry's at paragon, the steak is even better than mortons i think
for $100 and up, blue at 27th floor of shangrila is nice
