hey everyone. ill just get to the point
for the past 3 days my nipples have been sore and sometimes hard/erect....it has nothing to do w/ anything sexual though.
why are they so sore and hard?

If you go bra less, or you are a runner, sometimes you can get nipple chafing. I used to get that alot, mostly in the winter when they tend to get hard from the cold. If it is pain full, you can put band aids on them so material won't rub on them. but no harm can come from this.

sometimes it can be an aversion to a new bra, material or washign detergent etc. I tend to have the same thing when I'm hormonal. It's happening worse at the moment- and thats probably cause I'm clucky as hell... but don't worry- nothing wrong. Try putting a slip of satin in your bra to reduce the irritation.
