Women used prescription HRT'S ( Hormone Replacement Therapy Drugs) until they were taken off the Market a couple of years ago.
There are a lot of studies using "Black Cohosh", a natural Herb, which my GYN. had me use. You can buy it at almost any Drugstore over the counter ( w/out a prescription.) Takes about 10 days to get in your system( sometimes less )It did the trick for me!

Hi! I have had hot flashes for ten years now and they are miserable. They keep me from getting enough sleep. I tried every natural way, supplements, etc. but they didn't help. I finally had to break down and take HRT. (hormone replacement therapy) First Prempro and after my hysterectomy I take premarine. I've never had a problem with them. They have cut my hotflashes considerably. My doctor works close with me. Some women say phyto-estrogens work really well. I will try almost anything to stop suffering with hotflashes. Mine are very intense. My husband says my skin is so hot when he touches me. Good luck to you sweet lady. See Ya!

I have seen people helped by the herbal remedy called wild yam. This plant was grown in mexico for use as the original synthesized form of estrogen. I have not heard of any side affects that you can encounter in hormone therapys, such as growing facial hair and others.

If you are taking hormones your hot flashes should subside and finally disappear. There have been trials with all kinds of natural remedies but so far not much success. I do not know what kind of hormones you are taking, but try asking your doctor for hormone patches, they work great. Maybe you need to take a higher hormone level till the hot flashes disappear and than reduce the levels.

The moist summer season has ended in a virulent disease of slugs in the process the rustic (uk). you need to use commercial slug pellets which allure to them and kill them yet contain chemical ingredients which could be eaten by utilising pets. The non-chemical procedures are greater onerous - pots of beer or sugar and yeast blend. or you may desire to easily positioned out some tiles with some area below them. The slugs like to flow slowly below them and disguise in the process the day. Come the morning, you up-end the tiles and %. them off. I basically squash them below-foot or you could drop them right into a sturdy answer of salt.
