One thing I will suggest is that you first work on your punctuation and spelling. No one will ever take you seriously as a professional until you demonstrate competency with the English language.

Sorry if I sound harsh, but you'll never get accepted into college if you can't write in complete sentences.

The good news is that you're 22 years old and you know what you want to do with your life. Your odds are about three times as good as they'd be if you were 32 and about five times better than they'd be if you were 42. Get it?

No it is never to late to follow your dreams for how can you follow them if you do not know what it is that you want to do. You just figured it out at age 22. There may be a problem with the felony robbery though because most Social Workers work for the State. If I were you, I would consult with a Attorney to see what I could do to get that off my record, that is called having something esponged from your record, meaning having the felony removed so that it will not appear on your record. I do not know all of your circumstances but hopefully you have not gotten into any more trouble between age 18 and 22. If you are sincere and have really learned from your mistakes, do not get discouraged and give up. You have made some foolish choices that have made other decisions difficult in your life. Consider many options to better your life, if there is a problem with the Social Work, perhaps you may want to become a Counselor of some type to help youngsters who are on the verge of making choices such as you did that will affect them for the rest of their life. You are a viable person and can give something back to help others if you are truly determined.

an actual social worker may be hard to get since it's a government job. there are lots of other things you can do in that field where they might not look to heavily on your conviction. also you might not need as much education. you will probably still need a degree in SW to get into anything, but for an actual social worker you need a masters in social work. if you just get the undergrad, you can only be a generalist. i have a degree in psychology and sociology so i've tried that route and it's not as easy as it seems to get into that exact job.. all the 'entry level' i found were masters social work only.. good luck though!

Most programs will require a background check. The felony may affect your chances of acceptance. Be sure to call each school you are interested in and ask that question point blank. Describe what the crime was and see what they say. If they will waive consideration then apply to that school.

It is never to late to sart over. This felony wont follow you all your life. Sure it is a negative. But positive steps will overcome that and in future years it will be "one of those stupid mistakes made when I was young and confused".

Contact the college of your choice, and ask them. Different states have different laws, so what's not possible in the state in which you reside may be entirely possible in another state.
