Well, let's look at the possible teams who could be considered the most disappointing: 1. LSU- It cannot be them b/c despite their preseason high ranking, they did lose their starting point guard and Tyrus Thomas. 2. Oklahoma State- They started the season hot but they weren't expected to do much which leads me to 3.Clemson- Clemson started the season undefeated BUT they are year in and year out cell dwellers in ACC therefore now that they are losing it is not a surprise. 4. Conneticut- no way, no how they are the most disappointing team b/c they lost 5 guys to the NBA and they play all freshman and sophomores. 5. Wichita State- they started the season with a high ranking but when it comes to predicting the output of midmajors, it is unpredictable. There is so much parody in college basketball, top to bottom. The most disappointing team this year will probably have to be Alabama or Duke.Alabama has Ronald Steele and the big man Davidson as well as a plethora of talent around them. Davidson has played despite losing his girlfriend and brother within weeks of each other and it is hard to play under circumstances. His teammates may have been affected to this. Duke, on the other hand, are Duke and expectations for them are always high. The fact they are struggling in the ACC is a surprise especially when Paulus, Nelson, and McRoberts are around. So, I would say Duke over Alabama but its truly a tossup between the two.

LSU has been pretty embarrasing, too. After making the final four last year and being predicted to be top ten by many polls before this season started, they've fallen off and are currently the basement dwellers of the SEC. They've gone 2-9 since the middle/end of January and, barring a major run in the SEC tournament, they're OUT of the NCAA tournament.

a million: MSU Kansas is an extensive 2nd, yet they lost two times to Sparty so as that they could desire to teach they could beat them till now they get to pass them. Sparty is barely dropping Suton and Walton that have been factors. The Cuse is possibly to lose Flynn which takes them out and Duke has no interior help. Nova is going to lose Cunningham who became into extra significant than maximum think of. Kentucky with Calipari would be in the blend besides

Oklahoma State showed great promise but for some reason went into the dumper.Clemson also comes to mind then I looked at their pre-ACC schedule and I believe I would take a loss or two rather than being undefeated in trade for gaining a mental and physical toughness thet the ACC requires.

I'd have to say the Wichita State Shockers. They were ranked #9 in the preseason and just fell apart once the season started. They were to confident in themselves.

Hmm...I don't know, good question. My favorite team is Duke, so I really only follow them.
