Both statements are true, they are not racist and are totally acceptable. Why do we fear truth?

Both, because in some sports whites excel over blacks, such as in gymnastics. And there are some excellent scholars in the black community. What most people don't understand is that there are a lot of intelligent black people, its just that most have been brain washed to believe academics are a "white thing" and refuse to finish their educations. And inner-city schools that most black children go to are lacking in curriculum, some have books that are more than twenty years old, and the students are expected to learn from outdated ideas and such. In the past blacks weren't allowed to learn to read and write, anyone under these circumstances would be intellectually inferior...And studies also have proven that there are more mentally challenged whites than there are black or of any other race.
I'm considered black, I have to athletic talent whatsoever, I've always been better academically...

both statements are racist. Everybody is an individual with (more or less) the same potential to be a good athlete, or to be good at taking tests. It just depends on the environment the person grows up in, and the individual decisions that people make.
Just because one person has a different skin color from another, doesn't mean that they are a completely different species. In fact, modern biology has already proven that we are not of different races. We are one race (because we can mate with each other). Also a study of DNA has shown that there is much more difference within "race" groups than between.

By todays current standard of what is racist, both are considered racist.

Both are none the less true based on research I've read and from personal experience.

Neither one is racist, just improperly stated. It can be "assumed" that both are true based off statistics. Genetically, blacks are just as capable of increasing their intelligence as any white, but statistically, they choose not push themselves to excel. On the flip-side, whites have become statistically lazy and don't look to sports or other physical activities as a means of excelling, when they are genetically just as capable.

In the absence of research to support either statement, they are both racist.

There is no research that supports answer B. There are statistics based on general testing, but statistics are not research, and there simply is no evidence scientifically that supports it. Therefore, B is a racist statement.

There is research that can be interpreted to support answer A, but again, there is no definitive, unbiased, scientific research that clearly supports that statement. Therefore, answer A is also racist.

Both of those statements draw unverifiable conclusions that form a stereotype about a specific race of people. That is racist.

Both statements are racist and generalized......but I suspect you already know this and are just trying to stir things up. Why?

Yeah. There it is again. Another "undercover" racist posting attempting to get past being reported as such. At least someone in the hate arena is showing some signs of intelligence for trying to weasel past but it's still obvious what you are doing. When will you people quit?

I wouldn't call either of them racist but they are gross stereotypes.
