I don't get very far at all because there's always something that reminds me. It can be a sound or a face or an image or anything at all. It just brings me right back to myself and I can't run anymore...
I've tried running away from myself many times. But I can't. It's not possible because there is always that elusive something that brings you back, makes it impossible to forget.
The only way I know of that allows me to run away from myself to a certain extent is being with other people. As long as I'm with others, I don't have to think about me...

My bed, I just stayed in it for the entire day. Kept the door shut and told everyone I was on strike. It was my way of running away from me, and my life without the hassles.

Not too far. I'm afraid of what happens when I get too far from myself. It's kinda like waiting for a ride and not being sure if you should start walking or wait longer. "Alright, I'm just gonna walk! But dang it! Is that them? Nope -- ooh! More headlights!! Eh... false alarm."

I've never been able to get away from myself. Wherever I go I look in the mirror and there I am.
