breast lump?

ok, so i had a baby a year ago and i am still nursing but only at night and tonight my son put some wieght on my boob and it hurt so i felt arround on it and there is a lump. it is about half a walnut big close to my rib cage. it doesnt move and it isnt really round. it is tender. im pretty sure it isnt a clogged duct, im not engorged at all and i had that before and this is different. i plan to go to the doc asap but have any of you had this? what was the outcome?

if we think about ideas, fibrocystic disease of the breast, benign lumps, localised infection, cysts, could be some reasons. I would recommend you to not lose sleep on this till you have seen a doctor, good luck
