Rabbits, like cats, are always cleaning themselves and it is not only unncessary but potentially harmful to give a rabbit a bath. It can shock them and even kill them.
Here are some pointers on grooming and you'll find info on baths:

Are rabbits easy to train? Most are pretty easy to litter box train and even easier once they are neutered or spayed. Just watch where your bunny goes to the toilet and put a litter box there. You can line the box with newpaper and top with hay to make it more enticing. For a while you may need more than one box, but eventually she will pick one spot (most do). We have found that is hard to train rabbits to come when called, but we've have great luck with using routine and food to get them to go back in their room. They get their pellets at the same time a.m. and p.m. and they only have to hear the pellets and they come running.
I have heard about clicker training for your rabbit, but haven't tried it. Check out: http://www.clickerbunny.com/

There are several websites about training rabbits, they are also very easy to train.
You CAN bathe a rabbit, but it isnt necessary. If you do bathe a rabbit, make sure that the water isnt to deep (shallow enough for them to stand without it touching their head or neck area) be careful about the shampoos you use. There are special "bunny" shampoos out there to use. Make sure to dry them completly before letting them outside, and make sure that the inside is warm, but not to warm as they are more likely to die from heat rather than cold.
Do not feed your rabbit iceburg or spinach, these are very harmful to bunny. Make sure an unlimited supply of hay (perferrably timothy hay) and fresh water (preferrably in a sipper bottle) is available at ALL times.

I your question Do rabbits bathe themselves? if so yes, they are very clean animals. Never get a rabbit wet. their body temp can drop real fast and they will die. If you need to, use unscented baby wipes to clean them off.
