--> Order them from Amazon.co.jp. Then you'll have the originals with really cool packaging (sorry, no subs). If you don't want to spend, then try searching for bittorrent site that have them. I'd rather buy than download stuff so I can't help you as to what bittorrent sites host GSD Special Editions.

--> Amazon.co.jp ships anywhere in the world. Youtube doesn't have the complete GSD Sp. 4 anymore and don't expect Special Editions 1-3 to show up anytime soon.

you can buy those in any anme shop.
you could also try to find it in youtube but i doubt that'll be fruitful...
*there's a reservation list in 2 rats w/c is a store in cubao phil.s but.. i rarely go there now...
