I love mint chocolate chip, any brand will do. My second favorite is Mayfield's Brown Cow Popsicles: delicious vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate.

Vanilla Swiss Almond made by Haagen-Dazs - It's a vanilla ice cream that has chocolate coated dry roasted almonds mixed in it. Sure would like some right now.
