I am specifically looking for NCAA rules on spectator conduct at college basketball games.

The SEC will fine a program $25,000 if their fans storm the court. Off hand I say that's stupid, but if fans can't handle themselves when they rush the court they shouldn't do it. If they can, power to them. Hell, I rushed the court a few times in my college days!

Case in point: When Vandy beat Florida, I watched a Florida player getting shoved by Vandy students as the telecast closed. I later heard that Florida player is possibly in trouble for retaliating (or should I say defending himself...).

Umm, some colleges may have their own rules, and the NCAA probably has a code of conduct section in like a rulebook or handbook or something, but I'd assume if you just acted with consideration and common sense, then everything would be fine.

I'm not sure the NCAA has specific rules for the behavior of fans. I'm pretty sure those are dependent on the individual arenas.

I do know that at least one major conference has a rule that forbids "storming" the court. It may be the SEC, but don't quote me on that.

Anything but punching the players or humping someone is fine nowadays.
