Mo Vaughn is now a land developer and is building affordable homes in areas for people that can't afford 250,000 dollar homes...he does this mainly in New York but also has projects in Boston...He owns and OMNI New York which has rehabed 1,200 houses in the metropolitan area. He bought the Noble Drew Ali Plaza in Brownsville for 21 million dollars, and plans to renovate it... in other words, a lot more for the world then the players that just go to card shows charging $50 an autograph.
