The US is unique in that it is the last world power in existance today. And as other empires, world or "super powers" they are in decline.

Every country in the world is unique, although countries may share many characteristics with others.

Take language. People in many countries speak English, although American English is somewhat different from that spoken and written elsewhere. Not only is the pronunciation different in the United States, but also there are many "Americanisms" such as "okay," although most of these have probably filtered into other forms of English. In writing, Americans use "color" while most of the world uses "colour." Other examples: meter/metre, civilize/civilise. Vocabulary: diaper/nappy; trunk/boot; truck/lorry.

Several English-speaking countries, such as Canada and Australia, also have a variety of other languages that are spoken there. The U.S. is one of few countries that has no official language.

In economy, the U.S. has the largest economy, based on either GNP or GDP. It also has the greatest budget deficit and balance of trade deficit. The U.S. is the largest consumer and the largest producer of energy in the world. It is the largest producer of corn and wheat, as well as the largest exporter. It pollutes more than any other country.

The highest and lowest elevations in North America are found in the U.S.

No Christian believes that any country in the world is specially favored by God; Jesus was very clear on that point. People of other religions may believe otherwise, but I've never heard of any religion that suggests the United States is specially favored by God or the gods.

The U.S. has the most powerful army in the world. It's the only country that has sent people to the moon. It is a leader in all kinds of inventions and technology, although the Japanese and the Koreans have been challenging it in recent years.

The U.S. is the only democratic country in the world that still allows the death penalty.

The United States is unique in that it was founded upon the principle of democracy and has survived and prospered for over 200 years and become the strongest and most affluent nation in the world. We got this way basically from the Christian work ethic and because people had an opportunity to succeed if they put forth an effort.

the US is unique because it took those that were cast away by their own country's, the criminals, and the poor and from there grew , almost over night, into one of the most powerful, tolerant and diverse countries in the world. Also a good shout out is that we fought for our independence on our own and are always willing to lend a helping hand to those in needs and we have never closed are doors to those who are trying to achieve the American dream aka "immigration." Now after saying that, this country is the same in God's eyes in my opinion- in the eyes of other countries America is not the most liked because of how pushy and snobbish we are- but on the flip side of that all those country's that think this of us would ask us first for help in their time of need. I think the best analogy for America would be to compare us to the popular girl in school--- everyone looks up to her in awe and wanting but at the same time hate her for who and what she is even though they want to be just like her-- sorry it is a lot

It was made unique by it's citizens, not by some god. It is specially favored by those who need help and despised by those same people, after they get it.

Our class system can be broken. If you're born poor, you can prosper. It's tough, and the odds are against you-- but it can be done.

Also, you can be born into a wealthy family and end up struggling to pay your bills. Sadly, this feat is much easier to accomplish.

it is unique because we have freedom and are able to chose consequences and live our life how we want to live it. we don't have somebody saying" this is the way to live your life this is where you are going to work and just things like that.that is what makes us separate from other places. they all have some one telling them what job they are going to have, where they have to live. thats the thing about the United States!WE ARE FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
