As far as Sun sign compatibility, neither.

You need to look beyond the Sun to find compatibility.

There is a chance that either of these people may have some personal planet such as Mercury, and or most likely Venus which is always close to the Sun in Aries (next to Pisces) or Sagittarius (next to Capricorn).
Another option for a Pisces or Capricorn person may be Venus in Aquarius, which is opposite your Sun in Leo but creates attraction between people of opposite sexes.

Another indicator for attraction is looking at the Moon and Mars placements and how they may aspect your personal planets.

Both have valid points and you have all the details.
A Capri never gets on with a Leo. Esp Leo women. Leo men are still tolerable.
Not so sure of Pisces in real life. Not what books say. But the combination will work with some other planets and houses. Also with a compatible Moon sign or Asc.
