First: If you have sex during your period and could possibly be pregnant does that count as your missed period?
Second: How can you tell when your missed period is? Because it's not always on the exact same day every month and can in some people vary up to a week. So how do you know?

Ok, im no expert but was kind of in the same situation. I fell pregnant during my period. It doesnt count as your missed one tho. If i was you id wait a month from when you think you might have fallen pregnant and then check again. i too am irregular with my period and just kept checking because in my head, i just knew.
Go to your docs :) If you dont want to do that yet, buy a home test and be sure because stressing about it is just going to do your poor head in!

You can get pregnent during you period because some sperm can live inside your body for an especially long time. The sperm needs to be in your body before you ovulate.
Your missed period would be the next one, about four weeks after your last one.
You can get pregnancy tests at the dollar store, so pick one up if you are nervous. It usually takes at least two weeks afte ryou had sex for the test to come back positive. More than a month after and you should have an accurate result.
In the future, try to circle the date you start your period on your calendar so you can get a better sense of your cycle.

It is unlikely to become pregnant on your period (b/c most women ovulate in the middle of their cycles, the farthest time away from their period, but of course this is just a general rule & may not always be the case). So, if you were to get pregnant on your period it would not be a "Normal" dating method as the dr would probably put you as earlier in your pregnancy than you are b/c he/she would count from the time of ovulation after that period, not your period, etc. it gets complicated. so no, that would not be your missed period if that happened.
A woman's cycle generally is near the same amount of days for example, a "normal" cycle is 28 days so you ovulate on the 14th day after you start your period, but a woman whose cycle is say 30-32 days she would ovulate on the 15-16th day of her cycle, etc. So, in order for you tell you have a missed period you would have to be charting dates perfectly which is why when women accidentally become pregnant they may not find out til a few weeks later when they realize their period should have came by then.

People say yes I know that you can be pregnant like one day before your period it happened to to me and my period did come but it only lasted like one day and then stopped abruptly, about two weeks later I found out I was pregnant, I was in complete shock cause I didn't think that could happen your always told like 14 days after your period is when your fertile and this happen to me. I hadn't had Sx any other time except that one day...So anything is possible...

YOU can ovulate anytime of the month including when you are on your period!
Especially when you have irregular periods.
It's always best to have safer sex or no sex!
