but try buying it. Because the DVD has a lot more to it. :) It's only $29.95 or is it 99 I don't know it's not expensive.
I also, downloaded it - I first watched it on Google my best friend showed it to me and I promise you what they say is true. It's not a joke I've been using it slowly everything I have hoped for in the last 3months has come true.
