I hope he gets 1 home run shy of it and then he gets a career-ending injury cuz of steroids that would be hilarious. no but realistically, i think, im not excited to say this, but around 25 and he will break the record.

It's tricky. I think they'll come down on him, and probably suspend him, if not worse. I'd have to guess maybe 15 before anything happens...
