Yes by foot elevation exercise. Lie down on back without pillow, hands close to your body legs together. Now raise your leg by 18" keeping it together & strait, hold it their for as much time as you can, keep on doing it as many times as you can but don't do it before & after 45 mins of your meal. It sounds easy but it is not. While doing this feel where you get pressure on.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

the best way to loose fat is to follow a strict routine, making sure that it does not result in oversleeping above 6 hours, well eating fruits and vegetables more except banana is a better option.
if yoga is done in morning for half hour a day you will find weight loss too soon. yoga is the best way to loose weight, for loosing weight we should not reduce diet rather we should shift it, so shift diet more and more towards vegetables, please dont stop eating you should just shift diet otherwise you will get weak mentally and physically, hope this helps you.
