Most pregnant women have trouble sleeping at the end of pregnancy. I could sleep at weird times. Try sleeping whenever you feel tired. Maybe sleep in a chair or on the couch rather than in the bed. It does help prepare you for the lack of sleep you have with a newborn. Though my baby slept through the night when we first came home. I found that right after I delivered many of my problems went away. Good luck!

You are near the end of your pregnancy. Have you been able to even get a couple hours of sleep per night? Or day? Do you feel like a human pancake, flipping from one side to the other in bed? That is normal. Please talk with your ob/gyn about this. Maybe he/she can give you some ideas. Take care.

That s too much you should go to bad and sleep immediately
Just kidding
You must be under too much stress .Because you are pregnant
But what can I do for you to sleep.
I want to tell that you can not use medicines to sleep otherwise this may affect your baby.
I hope you would not take sedative medicine because that would be very dangerous for your baby.

Just hang in there, won't be long now. Try to get as many cat naps as you can during the day.
The very best of luck
