Leviticus 20:13:
"If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads."

I agree that the statement is in the Bible and was God's law at that time. But it is the old testament. Keep reading the rest of IT and you will come to the part where those laws in Leviticus are no longer to carry the weight they once did. Jesus died for all our sins and relieved us of those laws. He forgives us if we believe him as Lord and Savior, and follow what HE says so we no longer have to be put to death for this sin....

Somehow I think you are asking this question in the wrong category to intentionally stir things up and promote a homophobic agenda.

Read the ENTIRE bible.

What you are doing is equivalent to reading a US history book that only covers the first 75 years of our country's existence and then trying to promote we still have slavery. It won't stand - the bible- just like any other history is too easily taken out of context if the WHOLE thing is not PROPERLY examined.

Long story, but to put it shorly. That O.T. law was a dispensation before Christ came. Christ brought in a new dispensation most often called the dispensation of grace. If you read Romans chapter 1 it continues where Leviticus 20 left off which says those who do such things get what they have coming to them "in" them.

I don't know. Do you agree with Leviticus 19:19? "Do not mate different kinds of animals. Do not plant your field with two kinds of seed. Do not wear clothing woven of two kinds of material." It's called historical context. But just to be safe, I'm going to condemn my neighbor's husky-Akita mix, his ugly vegetable garden, and those hideous pants of his. Who's with me?!

I believe everything the Bible has to say however I also believe that "all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God" so it is not up to me to judge a person for their beliefs, sins or sexual orientation. I will love you if you are a decent person.

The only thing I believe in Bible is 666.

Don't read all these man, let them do as they please. Let's not put anyone to death, let's not use anyone's head and blood, let's pray saTan for peace and all.

Why would the concept of two men lying together even enter there head? It wouldn't unless they had seen men together or had heard of men being together.

No I don't agree with it. I have gay friends and I love them. How would you like it if someone told you who you could and couldn't love. You can't help who you fall in love with, thats a fact.
