Well that really need a lot of hardwork, First of all you should open your dictoniary every day and have to memorize at least 5 words. After a few months of doing this, do some continuously reading such as magazine, books etc. to improve your grammar and skills in constructing sentences. I also advice to talk to other person which have a high skills in this languages.

that all folks, always remember

I would suggest reading books, I grew up reading books all the time from a young age and I believe it has given me my wide vocabulary and helped me to improve my grammar quite well. You could also go somewhere where you can listen to other people talk so you could see how English is used in everyday life as there is a difference between the written word and the spoken word.

Read Comics (There are usable dialogues which you can imitate in front of the mirror)

Watch any-one English movie at least 20 times in-order to capture the gist of it and also dialogues again
after 10-15 times repeat the dialogues while you see it

Learn one new word a day and make sure you use it in your conversation, this will enrich your vocabulary

Never I repeat never be insecure to talk to anyone in English... you'll make a fool out of yourself a few times, that's OK... but that's the fastest way of learning...

Think in English

(These things have worked for me, I'm sure it'll work for you too)
