All art comes from within your heart and soul. If your dance comes from within, then it is art. A sport would be something that people compete in. If you dance and compete, then it becomes a sport.

Dance is a mostly considered a performing art, but it can also be a sport in a way whether it's competitive or not because you are still getting a workout by having lots of movement.

Dance is an art if looked upon that way...Aerobics is also a kind of dance, but it is called an exercise/sport...

If one competes for a prize or recognition, then it is a sport. Otherwise, depending on how it is approached individually, it's either art and or recreation.

dance is definetly a sport activity, as we play any sport for wining a prize , as we play for just a hobby, as we play for practice, so we do dance according to our interest. then Dance is a sport.
