Well, if downloading from these didn't work, do you have your PS2 installed with a modchip? No? Then no site will work.
You're asking for something illegal. So everyone telling you how to do it, is helping in committing a crime. So no one will help you.
If you can't find out on your own, buy the games or invest the time to learn it.
