what does this sentences mean :
when you are fretting about the leaky roof at home , you are not going to know when to come about ... and you are certainly not relaxing .

Not sure about the "Come about" part (sounds like your from England) but basically it means that when you're worrying about things you cannot control (The outcome of the leaky roof) then you are not relaxing.

On a boat, relaxing, yet worrying about the leaky roof at home, you'll sail too far out and die a horrible unrelaxing death from drowning or water deprivation.
