I would strongly suggest you tell them soon so they know that you will not be able to work in 4 1/2 months. Its is also the courteous thing to do they will need to make arrangements for someone to take you place while you're gone. And maybe they will be able to even setup maternity leave for you. The last thing you want to do is be stuck with a baby and no working arrangements. Money is the future of all as sad as it sounds. Also X-ray machines ARE NOT good for an unborn baby....Radiation!!

Actually for everyone who is uninformed with their anwers on here, in accordance with the pregnancy discrimination act of 1978 you DO NOT have to disclose your pregnancy at any time in the hiring process. Period. It is illegal for any potential employer to ask and it is not considered a type of "condition" that will prevent you from functioning as a normal employee. It is also illegal for an employer to ask if you already have children. You do not have to disclose this information and they cannot fire you for being pregnant when you do decide to tell them.
They also are required to hold your position or give you a similar position at the exact rate of pay you had before you went on maternity (you will not however be eligible for maternity leave pay)

You should have been honest with them in the first place. You will not be eligible for FMLA since by the time you have your baby you will only have been employed for 4 months so they legally do not have to hold your job for you (You have to be employed for 12 months AND the company has to have a minimum of I believe, 25 employees)

Being 5 months pregnant I think you should have told them already. I think once your over the 3 month mark they really have the right to no upfront.

you should have already told them. applications usually ask if there are any conditions you may have that can restrict your ability to do any job that would be required of you. since you are pregnant there are probably a few things you cannot do therefore it would be considered a lie on your app. and they can let you go.
what if they ask you to bring in that heavy load that was just delivered?

You really should have told them upfront. You might as well tell them now, since you are probably starting to show.

As soon as you feel comfortable telling them because you can't be fired it's discrimination.
