The Masters program should be described in the literature for the program of any university which teaches it. It will vary slightly for each one because they will have different focuses. If you are willing to relocate you will have the best chance for getting a job after college. Finshing your masters is one of the best ways to assure yourself a position in libraries. Even if you want to move back to your hometown, you can start out where you get a job, then as you build up your skills, and wait for an opening at your local library, you can eventually get back home. Of course, many people look at events like this as great opportunities to see the world and meet lots of new and interesting people.
