If you have changed the food she was on, this could be part of the problem. Some dogs are very sensitive to their foods. If your doggie has a short muzzle, it could be the kibble shape and size. If she is vomiting when she eats, it may be the food itself. Foods with corn meal or corn fillers are bad for dogs of your type. Puppies, especially, gulp their food. With the excessive air and corn in the food they eat it can cause indigestion. If your dog is drinking mass amounts of water with her food-this is a give away. Try using a food with a rice blend instead. Also, if the bag says it is using chicken/beef meal-this is also bad. Your dog should be on a large breed puppy formula, with kibble size that is adequate for eating without gulping all the air.
Of course, this is only an alternative to try. If her behavior lasts for more than 5 days she needs to see a vet. Puppies are prone to intense dehydration that will kill it. It is better to see a vet and spend the amount of cash, instead of having to lose your dog altogether. Make sure you keep plenty of water available to her at all times! Hope some of this helps and good luck.

As far as the vomiting up her food, if the food comes up pretty much whole and not too long after she eats, she may be eating too fast. I'd try feeding her smaller amounts at a time. And as for the diarrhea - try calling your local vet hospital and ask them they're advice as to what they think is going on and see if they can recommend any home remedies.

you should look into getting pet insurance, which might help you pay for costly vet procedures.
