It's OK but certainly not the best. Also it is known to hog resources and slow your computer down. In my opinion, and many others as well, the best anti-virus software you can get is: Kaspersky.
Also you need a good anti-spyware and in this department you cannot beat the new version of CounterSpy. With these two programs on your computer you will have the ultimate protection with no loss of speed.

I used Norton for about 2 years. Got a virus on my computer and had to reboot my whole system. Called Norton and asked them what was I paying for and they couldn't give me a answer. If you want a free anti-virus. Type in AVG anti-virus in your browser and download it. I have been using them for the last 3 years and they have stop every thing that has tried to come in on me. And it was done for free.,

For one you have to pay for not very good. If you are having to pay you expect it to work and not get a virus. I used it and I got a virus so I switched to AVG and it is free!!! So far so good with this one. Just go to google and type in AVG.com and you can get all kinds of free things on this site. Good luck!!!!
