Help on battlefield 2?

I got this problem with EA saying that I cannot play the maps in single player unless I log on. I logged on and did everything they told me. It still doesn't work but I tried again. Told me the same ****. I still can't play it. I had another idea..........Is it possible to edit the files or change them in a way where they won't have to connect to EA to verify that you have an account?

I created an offline account so it doesn't connect.

In order to play single player you need to connect to EA no matter what.

I'm not sure how to make an offline account as stated above.
