No. The government is still in denial about the association between agent orange and health problems in the children of the exposed. They consider it their answer to their "wasteful spending" problem.

I'm afraid your question doesn't make sense. Agent Orange was a herbicide. Its not a disease. Unless you exposed your children to Agent Orange, I wouldn't hold my breath for money. Quite simply, if your children were exposed to it, then they would have been in "The Nam" and that would have been very irresponsible indeed. If your children are suffering from exposure to Agent Orange, contact a physician immediately.

Most likely, if this was a grandfather or father to the children, this would still not be a problem as there is a lack of credible evidence linking Agent Orange to health problems of offspring. Because of this, you will receive nothing. Unless the day comes that we can prove Agent Orange is causing problems for people other than those exposed to it.

Hi:
I would think you would be entitled to some kind of funding, try http://www1.va.gov/environagents/
and
agent orange
The Agent Orange Program provided funding for a program ... Associate membership is open to all veterans, family members, friends and the general public. ..
Go to :

www.menstuff.org/issues/byissue/agentorange.htm

You have to gloss over this web address to get the whole address, I don't know why it won't copy , even when I hand type it.
Good luck.

Hope this is helpful.
