My sisters weight is 50 kg.She has incresed hips.What to do.She has dark complexion.How 2 make her beautiful and slim?/

well...she should'nt eat too much, and she should excercise alot...is she has a dark complexion try to maybe change the colour of her hair, or maybe get her some new cool types of clothes...i'm 14...hope it helps....c ya:)

Honey, 50kg is already a skinnie minnie! Also, it's normal for your hips to increase, it's part of growing up. You are fine and beautfiul as you are.

to become slim do exercise every day with the guidance of yoga teacher.,early morning walk at least 3 k.m.daily. eat oil less food take limited diet.

tell her don't do dieting but do exercise cycling and she is in school going age so tell her she always participant in all games and give her ratio diet like salad and juice and tell her she can apply tomato juice in her face and cleansing her skin with unboil milk it will work for glowing skin and tomato juice reduce all kinds of mark in face. home remedy best for your sister she can apply honey,rose water and lemon drop mix it and then apply. this is the age when childrens not care about their body but when she will cross 15 she also attentive about her figure. Your mom needs to start feeding her properly. Diet and exercise are the only things to help her. Get rid of all the junk food and soda pop, stop eating out, and eat lots of veggies. Get lots of protein to stay full (think lean chicken, peanut butter, turkey breast, etc). Work exercise in gradually.

She is ONLY 13 , her body hasn't fully grown yet , leave her alone and let her be 13 .. This is whats wrong with you ppl nowadays , you turn this lil *** girls into grown women at a young age and then wonder why they turn otu to be hoe$ .. let her be a teenager and stop worrying about her body

She got any family herdeted, she is thireen years it is very heavy, early morning she can walk up and dont eat oil foods, bakery items, cool drinks and dont sleep in after noon.
