To reduce the tan, use anything that acts as a natural bleach. one easy remedy is to apply plain curd, leave it on till dry and then wash off...this helps to reduce tan dramatically but you will need to repeat it for a few days. you could also try applying face packs made of milk and besan (chickpea powder) , sandalwood powder and rosewater.

stay out of the sun! then start to wear long sleeve clothing as oftne as possible, the more you have covered the less sun you recieve. Then you should start to wear the highest sunscreen you can find! (i found one in the 90's spf) wear it even with a makeup that has an spf.take an umbrella(you may look silly now but in ten years those 10 minutes of sun exposure will not be on your pretty skin!) for this summer you should find a covered pool( they do have them i swear) and if you want the tan look but not the side effects i found a really cheap Target brand lotion with color tint, it is easier than you think and i never get streaky!

You'll just have to wait it out. Next time wear sunscreen. You could try using a scrub or a loofah in the shower, but don't do that more than 1-2x/week or your skin will be irritated. Tans never look bad (if they're natural not fake bake), they're just really bad for your skin in so many ways... so next time cover up.

Before stepping out always put sunscreen lotion. Use this scrub. Mix Besan with malai and few drops of lemon. Make a smooth paste. Apply on face and neck. Let it dry. Then scrub it using milk.Use this twice a week.
In the night also apply sunscreen.

Hi,
Is it because of sunburn? I can suggest you a easy & simple method, mix some red sandlewood with turmeric and apply it on face before going to sleep, first week keep it for one hour & wash with luke warm water, then gradually increase the hours & finally can wash it waking up in the morning, within one month difference is sure. thanks
