My best foundation is "Studio Mist Foundation" from M A C. You can blend it on a palette or on your hand with a make-up brush to give a flawless (natural) look. The cost is $30.00 dollars, but it's great , purse friendly, and hypo allergenic safe for your complexion.
And a simple tinted lip gloss ($10.00) and Lancome Mascara ($25.00 will do the trick).
The four basic necessities are: 1.) Moisturizer 2.) Foundation 3.) Mascara and 4.) Lip gloss
Try to look natural now because the "no make-up" make-up look is "in". Try to steer away from bronzers and foundations that don't make your skin breathe. Metals in make-up can create bad allergic reactions to some people. And I am one of them.

Foundations are a no-no. They always look fake. I have yet to see anyone wearing foundation that looks natural.
Let your skin breathe and buy a product that conceals spots if you have skin problems.
The 2 products I use when I want to look sort of made-up are mascara and lipgloss. They go a long way. Always curl your eyelashes and you'll be good to go.

Use bare minerals/ essentuals [same exact thing] it's very light weight and doesn't get cakey and looks natural.
Eyeliner, the one from Almay that lasts 16 hours works great & easy to apply
Waterproof mascara so it'll stay on evern if you sweat , cry or what not.
bronzer, make a "fishy face" or smile to apply on your cheek bones and also on your chin an a little on your fore head. Do not overdue it or it'll look funnie.
lipgloss, clear or a light tinted color that matches

Try a light powder with face lotion (especially the kind that adds a little bit of tint the more you use it). I like Jergens Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer. The lotion will hold the powder on, but it won't look and feel so caked on (plus you are moisturizing your face instead of drying it out so much).
Also try bronzer, it adds a little color to your cheeks.

I agree with Amber & the rest. Bronzer is the in thing now. But remember do not overBronze urself or U'll look like U over tan urself. U could also try nude/neutral colours. As for lips, gloss is good. Ta daah.... U're ready to go!

L'OREAL TRUE MATCH LOOKS AS GOOD AS BARE SKIN. KEEP IT ON U SO U CAN RETOUCH WHEN NEEDED.
A LITTLE BIT OF MASCARA CAN ALSO LOOK NATURAL, JUST MAKE SURE THERE'S NO LUMPS
I WEAR A LIGHT COLORED LIPSTICK & DAB SOM POWDER OVER IT WHICH GIVES THE NO LIPSTICK LOOK
