Yes, Ken Livingstone should be mayor of Baghdad, he'll bring in the congestion charge and make them pay 8 of whatever the currency is in that country. He'll bring up the fares to travel on to make impossible to travel and introduce the Oyster card and bring up prices on that. Sadly, I can't see any good things that'll happen with him as mayor.

LOL the terrorists wouldn't be able to car bomb people, they'd get road taxed and congestion charged to within an inch of their life everytime they went near the place and find their cars covered in parking tickets!

Not a bad idea. He could rant about the Jews free of criticism. He would fit in well with the bribe-culture of the Middle-East. Hopefully they would deal with him in a way we don't (but might like to) in the Uk.
