for one, i sort of feel like he's competing with caron butler for the spotlight... to prove he's the better player on the wizards like what kobe was trying to do when shaq was still with the lakers. he's also like a younger kobe in that he is cocky and a selfish ballhog too. plus... how many 40+ points in a single game has he had just this season?
dont get me wrong. i like agent zero.... A LOT... but is it just me or is he trying to be like kobe?

you're barking up the wrong tree man! have you ever seen those two play against each other? now tell me, they aren't trying to outdo each other. isn't it obvious they want to better than the other? your argument about agent zero wanting to be Kobe doesn't sound so plausible now huh?

no gilbert arenas is just the best point guard in the league thts it gilbert scores 30 a game plus about 6 or 7 assists and hes a point guard kobe bryant is too selfish

IMO, Gilbert Arenas is competing with everybody on the league for the spotlight. Not just with his own teammate.
He's trying to prove that he's the best all-star in the league.
I mean, it's ok if he's tryin' to prove that; but sometimes it hurts the Wizards' chemistry.

all players wanted to be referred as him... and they wanted to be unique... yeah.. zero is kinda cocky.. coz that was his way to get confidence.. esp. when the team surrounds u... u need to be tough.. and like kobe.. Gilbert is an offensive type of player... though he may not be like kobe.. the best offensive player by far.. zero is one of the top in the league...

I don't think he's trying to be Kobe. I do think however he is someone that constantly needs attention. It goes back to his days in high school when people doubted him. He's trying to prove them all wrong.

even if he is trying to be like kobe, i dont see any problem with it. its good for his big ego and for the nba too.
however..i could see his big ego clash with eddie jordan's and they could end up like AI and larry brown back in the day.
