I'm a graduate hall director who has had a few of my RA's hook up with residents. Its generally frowned upon because it's difficult to maintain disclipine or any sense of authority among the students you may have to bust for something later on if you're sleeping with the kids on the hall.
That being said,unless your office of res life forbids RA's from hooking up with residents(my school doesnt but some schools do) then theres nothing inherently wrong with it. You're both students in college so if you truly want to go for it.
Just be careful, if you're just looking for a one night stand then the cost may far outweigh the benefit if she gets all dramatic and clingy afterward and you still have to be her RA.

I was an RA myself long, long ago. Look at your dorm/school policy about this.
If you do have sex and she starts up something wrong like smoking weed, would you still confront her about it or let it go because you had sex with her? If its the latter, then dont do it. (you should really save yourself for your bride but thats another issue)

Is one hour with her worth your job and anything you might catch from her little alone the fact the risks of pregnancy. You could also look on it as the fact that you are cheating on the experience you and your future wife could have shared together.

Not really, you're a student at the college, you're still allowed to have relationships. Just don't take advantage of her bro, she could be wasted, and if you guys do it she could claim rape off lack of ability to consent. Just use your brain man, and follow your gut.
