Is there real real good Samaritan these days?

I am physically disable (lame) gay male, 43, from the Philippines. I am looking for a real good samaritan who could help me realize my dream to have an internet cafe business. I have a degree in Business Management. I have studied the nature of the business and found it very lucrative. Are you the one?

Wake up man, no one is going to give money to some one they don't even know.
