Okay, my husband ordered an item on the 10th of February and still hasn;t recieved it. Yesterday I started emailing the seller asking where the item was and haven't gotten a reply. How much longer should I wait before reporting the item as "not sent?" Also, how many times should I email this person before reporting them? I've been doing business on ebay for over a year now and this is the first time this has happened. The seller said in the auction that shipping would be 7-10 days; it's been 16. We paid right after the auction ended. I'm just getting very frustrated with this.

If you payed through paypal claim a dispute right now and let them know what is happening and if no response from the seller then file no item received, try to resolve first them leave a major bad feed back a lot of people will contact you as soon as you do this but still wont send stuff just keep on with the dispute until you get it or you get refunded

first off.. try asking users who left them feedbacks.. i don't buy from anyone who has less than 99.9% positive feedbacks. I mean seriously.. ebay is open to many scam artists, and from the looks of it you may been trapped in one. How much did you guys pay..? Did the money withdraw from your back account yet? I suggest contacting their past customers for a number.. e-mail address etc. If the account looks brand new and hasn't had any recent customers yet.. send a msg saying you'll report them if they don't reply within the next 24 hours. Don't get frustrated.. take action!

Rule of thumb with eBay you have to wait 30 days then report them to eBay. If they are still members of eBay and are still selling items that is a good sign. If they are still members and not selling maybe they are having computer problems. Either way you need to wait 30 days.

Go to ebays hompage and click on the "live help" button and you will be able to type to an ebay employee live.
Its a small button on the right of the hompage.
