EYEBROW PLUCKING-STEP BY STEP
1. Make sure you have plenty of light in the room
2. First apply astringent such as witch hazel to anaesthetise the brow area...not really necessary but some do this
3. If the hairs are excessively long, trim them with manicure scissors.
4. Brush your eyebrows into place. Hold the skin right above the brow tautly as you begin to tweeze.
5. Start on the insdie of the brow (closest to the nose) gradually tweeze the bottom of your brow until the outer corner is half the width of the inner corner of the brow. Take your time and go one row at a time.
IMPORTANT
6. Pluck hairs in the direction they grow!!! Doing this will keep the hairs smooth and will hurt less. Pluck stray hairs underneath the eyebrow arch and anything else outside te natural brow line. Go slowly, one hair at a time so you don't over-tweeze.
7. After plucking a few hairs, always stop to look at what you've done. You may be over-plucking and you might not even realize it. Stopping to check your progress will help measure your end results and prevent over-plucking. You can always go back and re move more hairs but once you've plucked them...you can't put them back.
8. After tweezing, rub soothing cream onto the area or soothe with cool, wet tea bags if you have sensitive skin.
PERFECT EYEBROW SHAPING
1. Trim your eyebrows. Once eyebrows reach a certain length they start losing pigments at the ends. You can use a mustache trimmer set. It comes with a little comb and perfect point scissors or use any small manicure scissors. Comb your eyebrows up, trim any excess that goes beyond the natural hair line. Comb your eyebrows down, and do the same.
2. Take an eyeliner pencil and place it vertically against your nose. It should run from the side of the nose, mid-mouth, and by the tear duct of the eye. This is where your eyebrow should start; any hair that is visible beyond the pencil should be tweezed.
3. Next place the pencil diagonally where it should hit the middle of the mouth, nostril, and outside the iris of the eye. This is where your arch is. Tweeze a gradual line from the arch to the start of the eyebrow. Remember, GRADUAL, nothing harsh.
4. To determine the end of the eyebrow, place the pencil diagonally across to the opposite corners of the mouth, nostril, and outside corner of the eye. Any hair that goes past should be tweezed.
5. Place your pencil horizontal from the start of the eyebrow to the end of the eyebrow. The pencil should create a perfect straight line.

Find a picture of someone in a magazine with the eyebrows you desire. Make sure you're capable of achieving it. (i.e. a person with sparse brows cannot have a thick dense look and look natural) take a pencil and fill in brows so that they are similar. Start by plucking the small strays under the arch and between the brow. Don't overpluck when in doubt stop plucking it's better to underpluck. There is also a kit you can purchase. Check the link for pro tips.

Be very careful! Eyebrow hair does not always grow back even when you're young. Also, not all professionals have the same respect for your intentions. I am trying to cope with this issue right now and I'm too old for my eyebrows to grow back so I'm stuck in eyebrow hell. The wrong shape changes the your whole face. ;(

The center of your brows should be even w/your tear ducts. You should follow your natural arch on your eyelid and pluck away and extra hairs on you eyelid where you apply eyeshadow. Pluck below your arch on the bottom of your brows creating a higher arch... Follow the line to the end of your brow (the part above the outer part of your eye) it should be a little thinner there. You can create a point by plucking a little from the top and bottom. Take care not to make it to thin, but if you do don't worry it will grow back and you can fix it next time. Your brow should be even w/the outer point of you eyes...

Do you know how to pluck your eyebrows? If you have a uni-brow (or just hairs there) pluck those. Then be careful on the rest. dont go too drastic and just try to keep then same length / width. Also, you can go to nail shops, salons, lots of places to get them waxed. It doesnt hurt, trust me i thought it would and it didnt.
Hope it helps!
