i want to know if my female betta is full of eggs because i see her fat but i dont know if she is fully fat so i need help on that

The "white spot" on the abdomen is one way to tell. She'll also get breeding coloration (vertical stripes) like in this photo: http://www.flippersandfins.net/Images/BettaFAQMGFemale.jpg

All healthy female betta have eggs. They don't get "fat with eggs". If she's getting fat she is over fed.

i dont really understand
i see her fat but i dont know if she is fully fat?
you will know she has eggs when her ovipoister(probably spelt it wrong)
or the little white dot it sticking out
and right above it her stomach will be bigger due to eggs inside
