Sounds like your ISP is cutting your connection off frequently. If you don't keep doing something online, that'll happen. You might want to check with your ISP's tech help via an e-mail to see if they can offer a solution. Good luck.

it might be due to following reasons
1. ur ISP might be trying to cut ur internet access due to some reasons like loadshedding that occurs there and unable to connect u to net, or something like that.
2. see if ur program is in off line. if there then make it online by deselecting the option. file<< Work Offline
3. this might be due to some kind of virus or worms. scan ur computer thoroughly.

try pressing Ctrl + Alt +Delete
then close the offline program. Then try again..

on your browser click "File" menu then "Work Offline" option should be uchecked.
