Chronologically, genealogically or aesthetically? Publicly and in print, most of the guys seem to be into the plastic Barbie ideal of a minimum C cup on top and totally shaved down below. As unconventional as it sounds, I'm a true blond who can grow a substantial pubic growth which my long term b/f loves. We even go to nudist resorts where I've gotten numerous compliments counter to the smoothie craze.
So my advice is trim it a little on the sides, fluff it out and wear it with pride. There are a LOT of men out there who love a woman's pubic hair and are more interested in her southern hemisphere than her northern hemisphere.

As long as she is old and mature enough. Pubic hair and breast size have nothing to do with being able to have sex or not. The only obstacle that might be encountered is if the male is turned off by the female's body.

Nope. Not permitted. Totally against the law. You need huge boobs and totally shaved pubes in order to be allowed to have sex. You won't get an "OK to Have Sex" certificate otherwise.
